Hello! I'm Eunia, and I'm here to share ways to increase ease and safety in your body, mind, and relationships.

Your body and brain continue to change in response to experiences throughout your life. You can help guide these changes in a healthier direction. Some ways are via building more accurate interoception (ability to sense your own body's signals) and co-regulation. These are the underlying principles behind the guided execises I share.

I believe in the power of safe relationships and the connection between our bodies, minds, and how we relate with one another. (I believe our spiritual side is just as important, and include this when welcomed and relevant). Your relationships with important others cannot be replaced. However, these practices can support you to be more the person you want to be by increasing your bodily sense of safety, which impacts your mental, physical, and relational health.

I've seen how physical and mental/emotional issues (along with the shame that's attached), decrease significantly with the education and guided exercises I'll be sharing. These guided practices have been the fastest, gentlest, and most effective ways I've come across for addressing anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and a host of therapy issues. And clinician availability, financial, or other barriers should not keep you from getting the help you need. I made these videos to support not only my clients but also others who would benefit. I will eventually add educational content. While my role online will not be as your therapist, I want to do what I can to make these tools more accessible to you.

The nervous system and body regulation practices I offer come mainly from the work (and with the permission) of Kathy Kain and Stephen Terrell, leaders in the field of early/developmental trauma, and authors of the book, Nurturing Resilience. I'm also a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and use talk therapy in my sessions along with body-focused approaches.

I love learning and growing, eating (especially spicy noodle soups), exercising (pilates and kettlebells, albeit non-routinely), adoring my 2 cavapoos, and watching movies, laughing, and having long, deep conversations with my husband, friends, and family. I am deeply anchored in my faith in Jesus Christ, love my church family, and also enjoy knowing and working with people of all faith/agnostic/atheistic backgrounds.

I'm currently not able to take new therapy clients.
